• Mini Storage specifications derive from standard units ranging from 10' to 60' wide.
• Maximum height is 14'
• Standard roof pitch on a mini storage unit is ½ /12. Standard eave height for mini storage units is normally 8'6" unless our customers require a higher eave height. Climate controlled units have to be a higher eave to allow for duct work to be placed through.
• Speed Craft Steel Buildings, Inc. can supply standing seam roofs (upon required engineering approval).
• No mezzanines or second floor allowed.
• Mansards are possible with approval.
• All units come with 29 gauge galvalume steel partition walls with a 1 1/4" rib.
• Wall panels are all PBR 26 gauge pre-painted steel with Ceramestar 950 silicone polyester finish.
• We furnish the complete package with all the fasteners, wedge anchors,
sealants and doors along with the erection and foundation work.
